OK ! here we are. Please present yourself

I am Adar from OMEGA. And we are here tonight to bring some Evil Rock ‘n’ Roll in sofia

Evil Rock ‘n’ Roll…? Is That Your style or..?

Yes ! If you heard the old Venom stuff from the first four albums. Well they are Rock and Roll with satanic influences and lyrics. And we like this first wave of Black Metal and bands like the old Celtic Frost, Venom, Sarcofago and other shit like that so we are some kind of old school black metal.

And so.. is this your first visit in Bulgaria?

No actually I, am from Bulgaria. I’m borned here in Plovdiv but I live in Greece for 8 years. And I’m happy now that I am in my country to play my music. I hope people will like it.

My question was is this the first visit of the band in Bulgaria?

For the band yes. This actually is our third gig as a band.

Really? ..So you are quite young band then. When is OMEGA formed?

The band is formed in 2006, 4 years ago, but we had a lot of lineup changes. Our previous drummer and bass player left the band dew to personal reasons. That’s why we didn’t had so many gigs. We turned our attention to the music.

You have only one demo am I right?

No we have 2 demos and one promo and our debut album will be out in few weeks

Can you tell us something for the album?

The title is Second Coming Second Crucifixion. The style is a mixture between Venom, Hellhammer and all black – thrash bands that also support the first wave of black metal

So now you are support act to two great bands Savage Grace and Exumer. So what do you expect from the show and the Bulgarian audience?

Well I don’t expect anything. I just want people to enjoy our music and have a good night. This is the most important thing for me because if people like our music we will be happy as well.

I sure that they will have a great time…And besides they will have second chance to see you live because you will be supporting Venom on May 30-th. I this one of your dreams come truth?

Of course this was a dream for me since I was 14 years old. And I still cant believe it . Im really nervous about it and I hope everything will go OK!

How special is this for you?

I don’t have words to describe it man …it’s a dream

Cool .. Ok so yesterday we had the chance to meet each other on a great before party.

Yes it was awesome

I suppose you had some view on the fans and most of them are here tonight, that’s why I think you must have some expectations for the gig.

Well of course the good thing in Bulgaria is that the fans are not many but they are true. Things will change during the years and I met a lot of true fans here that support the right bands with the right sound. Because the sound is the most important thing. Because if you hear a metal record with “plastic” clear digital sound – It will suck. Good metal album is a record with old and dirty sound.

One of the other bands .. that will play before you is Bulgarian band called CLAYMORE. Have you heard of them and do you know what are they playing.

Well.. I checked some tracks on their myspace …Well they are not for me. Don’t get me wrong .. I don’t want to say anything bad for the guys  but this is not my style…

Well ok . I suppose you have some view on the Hellenic metal scene right now. What is your opinion for the bands that are playing in Greece now.

In Greece there are few bands… but really good. Bands like Ravencult, Coprovomit Whichcurse . Winterdemons. You know Winterdemons are also from Thesaloniki and they are very good friends of mine and I relly support them. They really understand good music. They Are playing old Immortal songs and they really understand me when I say “Lay down your soul to the gods rock `n' roll”

How many tracks are you going to play tonight and are they from your upcoming album

We will play nine tracks ……or eight I don’t remember Hahaha. Most of them are from our album and we will not play songs from our demos. It will be a little preview of our new work
