ANNEKE Van GIERSBERGEN to play the JACK DANIEL’s ROCK Arena at Spirit of Burgas 2011!

The mesmerizing ex-Gathering singer will headline the JD Rock Arena on August 14 - the third and last day of this year's Spirit of Burgas festival.

Anneke and her band will hit the JD Rock Arena right after the Deftones finish their set on the festival's Main Stage, thus providing a rather romantic and enchanting conclusion to this year's festival.

After leaving The Gathering in the Summer of 2007, van Giersbergen went solo, naming her band Agua de Annique.  Her new album is expected this September, to be released under her own name. Expect a special preview of some songs on August 14.

As in previous years, bands on the JD Rock Arena are selected by Tangra Mega Rock radio, so expect an exciting and dead cool mix of local and foreign talent.
More details to be announced soon.
